Bangin Brows complies with all State of Illinois and City of Chicago Covid-19 regulations and mandates. We kindly ask that if you are experiencing cold like symptoms that you wear a mask during your service, regardless of vaccination status and/or state or city mandates. Should mask restrictions be lifted and you prefer that your service provider wear a mask, please let them know and they will gladly wear one.
Booking Appointments:
- We ask that you book the appropriate service. Please note that the “touch-up” services are ONLY for existing clients that receive monthly Brow maintenance services. This option is offered at a special price for those clients who schedule a brow maintenance service no more than 6 weeks after their previous service. If it is determined that you have booked your service incorrectly by choosing the wrong option, please note that the pricing of your service will be adjusted at the time of checkout.
- We love your furry family members, but we kindly ask that you adhere to our strict No Pet policy.
- We’ll mannered children are welcome. Children 3 years and younger must be on your lap or in a stroller while you receive your service.
- We do not don’t offer Wi-Fi. We are in business of Brows not broadband.
- Please Arrive on Time, clients arriving more than 5 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% service fee and will need to reschedule their appointment. If you are running behind, no problem please call us if we don’t answer please leave a message. We check as soon as we have a minute.
- Your appointments are very important to Bangin Brows and our professional staff. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide a minimum 48-hour notice. This allows our team of professionals to adjust/fill their schedules, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Call us as soon as you realize you’ve got a conflict. We ask that you provide 48-hour notice or be subject to a 50% service fee. For Brow Laminations, Lash Lifts and HydraFacial’s are subject to a $ 100 fee due to the timing that’s booked out. All No-shows /No-call is 100% fee.
- Dear valued customers, we appreciate your continued support of our small business. As a reminder, we have a late cancellation fee in place to ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible and keep our operations running smoothly. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask that you please do not request to waive the late cancellation fee. As a small business, this fee helps us to cover the costs associated with missed appointments and to continue providing you with high-quality services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
- As a courtesy, we will EMAIL or TEXT you to confirm your service appointments at minimum 72 hours prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. Please manage your appointment with the original email appointment confirmation. We are closed on Sunday and Mondays and do NOT receive any emails, text, voicemails or Dm’s.
